Events
The Trinity Hot Springs Club and Resort hosts events regularly and rents the club facilities for Private and Community Events.
We host Birthday Parties, Concerts, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Bachelor/ette Parties, Employee Appreciation Events, Family Reunions, Church Groups, Fitness Boot Camps, Clothing Swaps, Community Gatherings, and all kinds of events & group getaways!
We work with a variety of groups ranging from small personal family gatherings to large scale corporate companies, academic conferences, and music & entertainment event producers.
Our 17 acre resort can accommodate up to 250 People Onsite at one time. We can seat up to 40 people with onsite tables and chairs. (Exceptions for larger gatherings may be approved on a case by case basis.)
We can sleep 50 people overnight in beds (if sleeping 2 people per double bed and larger) and / or up to 150 people sleeping onsite (if utilizing additional camping in season).
Event Guests have access to the unique geothermal Trinity Hot Spring soaking pool and recreational activities available at the resort.

Our Clubhouse with fitness studio and/or classroom space, dining area/rec room handicap accessible bathrooms is available separately or in addition to The Lodge with large fireplace and comfortable couches, media den with player piano, dining hall and well supplied kitchen which are available as shared community space with other club members or may be rented for private events.
We have pricing models that package certain sleeping areas ~ Lodge/ Cabins/ Chalet/ Camping OR are priced Per Person based on 2 person occupancy of rooms for groups of 10 or more. Class Room/ Studio Rental, Kitchen Rental, Large Event Privacy, Personal Event Manager, etc are available a la carte or in packages.
